The Solution: VenusLogic
Control software that isolates your system when grid voltage drifts out of the safe band.
Grid Shield
Protection when grid voltage drifts out of the safe band:
- 1From the Pro package, soft-throttle (Volt-Watt response): the feed-in limit drops progressively as voltage climbs, so the system stays connected.
- 2Off-grid switch at the critical threshold (by default 253 V on 3 consecutive readings, instantly above 264 V, below 210 V for undervoltage), in every package. The house runs on battery, panels keep producing.
- 3Automatic reconnection once voltage is back in band, with a 3-minute pause between switches.
Intelligent Export
Optional, switched on at your request: in the morning, on days forecast sunny at noon, it feeds part of the battery into the grid so the battery has room for the midday surplus. Stops at the battery level you choose.
Weather Brain
A daily estimate of the solar day from the morning's current weather and a seasonal table. Shown in the morning report and, on EV Ready, holds off EV charging on poor days.
Smart EV
Charges your car from solar surplus, with a minimum start current (6 A). Stops automatically when the battery is low or the house is isolated from the grid.

Active protection
VenusLogic runs 24/7. Alerts go straight to your phone; between 23:00 and 08:00 non-critical ones are held back, while protection stays active.
